VenueView Inc. is moving all of its domains to a new hosting company. Support at our current host is almost non-existent and we don't want this problem to cause us our clients any damage. We don't have a deadline yet, but move we must.
 

We have found a high quality, full-service hosting company that costs less per year than we currently pay for two months. We also need our customers to set up their own accounts since the overhead of sending out little teeny bills for hosting has never been something that we cared to do, but it adds up. 

It takes some time to get used to new control panels and is a pain to move all the files that create a website, but these people have real tech support on the phones even on Sunday night. Every tech I have spoken to is knowledgeable, patient and fixes what needs to be fixed right away.

Nothing even remotely resembling that service has been forthcoming from our current hosting company. Time's up.

We gotta go. It's a pain, but ― welcome to the world of high technology.
